The well appointed caravan consists of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with two leather sofas and slimline tv with Freeview, dining conservatory, double bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath. Hand towels and bedding are also provided.

The caravan is double glazed with the benefit of gas central heating.

Set within 6.5 acres we are in the ideal location to offer a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Guests may enjoy free fishing in our own private lake with exclusive fishing rights, stocked with Golden Tench, Roach, Barbel, Koi Carp, Rudd, Green Tench, Mirror Carp & Common Carp. The site is located 1 mile from the main road where you will find many local pubs and restaurants. Alternatively the Lincolnshire coastline is only 4 miles away and just a short drive to Anderby Creek, Mablethorpe, Louth and Skegness.
