The Garden House is a self catering single storey chalet type house that is fully furnished and equipped with electric heating and cooking (included in the rent).

Kitchen with fridge, microwave, cooker and washing machine. Shower room with WC and separate bathroom with bath and sink. The living room is large with TV, sofas, chairs and a dining table for six. The beds are comfortable and bed linen and towels are included.

A quiet, peaceful situation within the grounds of Old Semeil where the owners live next door but not overlooked. Many birds and red squirrels are seen daily in the garden.
The Garden House is set within a lovely garden with large patio overlooking fields and hills and adjacent to forest, ideal for walks and cycling. Well behaved dogs welcome. Located in the Cairngorms National Park one hour drive west from Aberdeen.

Explore many places of interest for days out such as Balmoral, the Whisky Trail, the Castle trail and the Moray Coast all within an hours drive. Walking, wildlife, cycling and history are some of the things to do from your base in The Garden House. Local shop 3 miles and pubs with meals 2-8 miles away.
