The accommodation consists of two bedrooms (double, twin), sitting room (with colour TV, DVD and video), bathroom, kitchen and a sun-lounge with dining area. It is fully double glazed and cavity wall insulated.
The kitchen is fully equipped for four people. An automatic washing machine, fridge -freezer, microwave and a full size cooker are fitted.
The central heating is oil-fired and there is also a coal effect electric fire fitted in the sitting room. A telephone is installed for incoming calls only.
There is a large gravelled driveway with ample parking for several cars. WiFi is available.

Somercotes is situated in a quiet lane close to the edge of Sutterton village, between Boston and Spalding in South Lincolnshire.
The village amenities include a newsagent, post office, grocery store and public phone box (1/2 mile), fish and chip shop, hairdresser, local doctor, Anglican church are all within easy walking distance.
The Thatched Cottage restaurant, a short walk from the bungalow (1/4 mile), is a pleasant venue for a meal out or a drink.
There is also a well-equipped children's playground in the centre of the village.
Bell Mere pool is a successful community project, providing an amenity area in the centre of the village, with ducks and other wild birds, naturalised planting and with public access.
Close to the junction of the A16 and A17 (about 1 mile away) there is a Texaco garage with basic grocery supplies, newspapers and nearby fast food restaurant.
There is a regular bus service to both Boston and Spalding, although a car is recommended.
