The Old Station House Bed and Breakfast is located in the the Peak District in the picturesque village of Rowsley, within 3 miles of Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Bakewell.
We have three ensuite guest bedrooms with TV/DVD and WiFi as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
Two are double rooms and one a twin with extra long (6? 6?) beds that can also be converted into a super king. All three rooms are on the first floor up one flight of stairs.
Our hearty Peak District Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am at our communal dining table and use local produce wherever possible: our eggs, sausages and bacon are free range from local farmer/butchers, the flour we use to make our bread is from Caudwell's Mill in our own village and all our preserves & honey are purchased at local farmers markets.
We keep soya milk, vegan spread, gluten free bread, vegetarian, vegan & gluten-free sausages for those with special dietary requirements.
Off-street parking is available.
In the village is an upmarket restaurant and the village pub, both within five minutes walk of the house, as well as Caudwell's Mill, a working flour mill museum and the Peak Village Shopping Centre, which has recently been taken over by the Chatsworth Estate and now includes the increasingly popular daytime restaurant Chatsworth Kitchen.
